We are seeking to employ a Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth by keeping the company competitive.Who will be responsible for maximizing the sales team’s potential.
Job Responsibilities
Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
Having own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
Building and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
Presenting sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
Identifying emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

Job Requirements
BS/MS degree in Business Administration or a related field
Successful previous experience as a Sales manager
Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
Strong business sense and industry expertise
Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
Job Competencies:
Must possess good rapport, time management, expert negotiation, and strong analytical and project management skill.
Must be a good team player with Interpersonal skills.
Must have top-notch marketing and coordinating skills.
Must be confident, have a dynamic personality and strong creative outlook to identify target Audience and build strong distribution channels.
Must have the ability to meet and surpass monthly targets.
Must be have strong organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks within the constraints of timelines and budgets with business acumen.
Must have the ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Must have good communication skills.
