Main Purpose
Primarily to ensure availability and visibility of company products at Point of sales (POS) through Key Distributors and channels.
Main Accountabilities
Ensures compliance with Vitanature trade policies at Key Distributor level
Ensures proper management of key distributor funding and profitability
Responsible for the Key Distributor, Key Distributor Sales Representatives (KDSRs) and third-party contractors within the territory
Promote specific products as directed by upper management
Maintain positive business and customer relationships in the effort to extend customer lifetime value
Track all appointments, sales, complaints, status reports, etc. thoroughly for manager review
Ability to meet and/or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
Manages Distributor sales resources
Ensures Key Distributor profitability
Ensures implementation of trade promotions at Point-of-sales
Handles Key Distributor and Customers complaints at Key Distributor level
Drives sales target within the assigned territory
Relevant Experience
Graduate with at least 5 year-experience, preferably in sales
FMCG experience is desirable
Interest in data analysis.
