Coordinate and assign roles to floor staff to deliver a seamless experience for customers
Timely service delivery and ease of purchase to ensure customer satisfaction.
Interact with customers in the sitting area or payment point to ensure all customers are comfortable and are being attended to.
Receive customer feedback, resolve and escalate complaint.
Ensure products received comply with quality standard of the company. If they do not, reject and alert the appropriate team.
Ensure products past their shelf life or expiry dates are not sold and disposed properly as well as documented.
Develop a routine to sell out products before its expiry dates to prevent waste.
Ensure quality of products or service is not compromised by any member of your team and indicate where found wanting.
Forecast sale pattern to inform order for products. Putting into consideration, peak periods, seasons, promos, customer preferences and other external factors.
Monitor and maintain inventory level.
