Job Description
The Aga Khan University Hospital, Family Medicine Service Line invites applications for Technician for Offsite Corporate Services.

Responsibilities:
You will be responsible to:
assists pharmacists in drug distribution, inventory management and delivery in any assigned area like field clinic and pharmacy store etc;
ensure timely delivery of medications to right locations;
handle large and heavy drug cartons and place on shelves
ensure inventory management (critical list, transfer notes, negative balance, indent checking and placement, lot and expiry control, first-in and first-out arrangement etc);
generate Purchase Requisition and Material Stock Requisition for consumables and maintain adequate supplies;
expiry management and replacement with fresh stock, reconcile inventory with field clinic;
maintain personal protective equipment
create monthly reports as per standard templates.

Requirements:
You should have:
Intermediate certificate, Dispenser Diploma/Certificate would be preferred;
1 to 2 years of experience in hospital pharmacy, medical store or clinics;
knowledge of basic pharmacy operations and medical supplies;
ability to read prescription, labels, drug names;
proficiency in use of computer software, especially MS Office and institutional software
fluency in Urdu and able to read and write basic English;
willingness to work in shift duties.
