Our client is urgently in need of Telesales Executive who can generate sales either by cold calling or answering requests in a fast paced environment
The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential and current PAGE customers and answering questions/enquiries regarding all company’s products.
Responsibilities
Resolve customer issues and escalate same where necessary to the line Manager.
Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about company’s products or services using scripts.
Answering questions about products or the company and dealing with complaints and doubts.
Manage, track and follow up on leads by engaging in calls to them
Conduct sales presentations through the phone and screen sharing
Meet monthly and quarterly sales goals
Create and update activity reports.
Job Requirements
B.Sc or HND in any relevant discipline (must have completed NYSC)
1 year minimum experience in a telesales or Customer service role.
Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas preferably over the phone
Must have experience in handling help desk customer complaints.
Must have Good understanding of dealing with Dealers and how they trade.
Basic Pay
