Social Media / Research Officer – Ogun – Daniels Nigeria Limited

Job Description
Conduct research to identify relevant online influencers to enhance A & A Foundation’s media outreach
Collaborate internally on developing and managing online strategic partnerships for all business units/ functional areas and projects
Contribute to the development and delivery of social media strategies
Daily management of social media communication with supporters and interested parties, building relationships with existing supporters and the general public to build brand advocacy
Monitor and moderate comments from the public
Management of audio and video uploads and channels
Manage blogger and Twitter outreach to support other digital activity
Source and create new content as well as managing content from other departments to ensure consistent messaging, quality control and coherent customer journey
Respond to customer enquiries and complaints received via social media, ensure all responses are timely, in-line with policy and handled well.
Responsible for promoting the company’s brand, products and services via social media networks such as Facebook, Google Twitter, Tumblr, YouTube, LinkedIn, Mailchimp and Reddit, amongst others
Create specific research standards for surveys and research projects.
Cultivate, develop and maintain new and ongoing relationships with numerous and diverse industry
Analyse data for clients that may potentially be used for feedback and ideas that may improve or influence decision making from key personnel of various organisations.
Produce research reports, presentations, and summary analysis for internal and external audiences..
Liaise with functional leads to maximize internal research and standards development.

Qualification, Skills and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree or HND in any discipline.
Exceptional research and analysis skills and comprehension/synthesis of complex information.
Excellent writing skills across a range of formats and audiences.
High energy level with a sense of urgency and a results oriented approach.
Exceptional attention to detail; high degree of initiative.
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills and a collaborative work style.
Excels at operating in a fast pace, community environment.
Open to direction and suggestions.

Ability to challenge and debate issues of importance to the organization
Must be highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, such as Microsoft word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint and computer operations.
Must be articulate, speaks fluent English and be a good team player.
