Role and Responsibilities
The order fulfillment specialist will be a staff dedicated to ensuring smooth processing of orders received by customer reps from customers specification and requirements.

His role shall be:
To work seamlessly with customer care reps
To directly make orders to suppliers
To manage supplier relationships
To track orders with suppliers and ensure they are on timelines
To ensure the quality and design are as ordered by the customer care reps.
To also vet and prepare pictures for uploading.
To generate delivery notes and daily manifest for deliveries.
To manage delivery issues.
Weekly reports: Mon – Sunday ( Saturday and Sunday early hours to arrange deliveries)

Requirements
Computer literate
Understanding of Online Marketing
Process Oriented
Diligent
Age: 22 – 27
Male
HND or B.sc in relevant discipline
Trainable
Team Player
